We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate new business opportunities within the dental industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, targeting dental practices.
  • Conducting initial discovery calls with potential dental clients to understand their needs and assess the fit with our dental growth services.
  • Setting appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Account Executive.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and appointments within the dental industry.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM, including contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries from dental practices.
  • Continuously developing your knowledge of the dental industry, our services, and marketing trends to enhance your sales skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferable in the dental industry or a B2B setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with dental professionals.
  • A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM software, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to embody our just cause and core values.
